Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Digital Marketing Lead who can not only execute high-impact campaigns but also guide a growing team, contribute creatively, and mentor aspiring digital marketing professionals.
This role requires a perfect balance of strategy, execution, leadership, and teaching mindset.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in EdTech / Training / Internship programs
- Exposure to AI tools in digital marketing
- Experience handling student training or workshops
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in:
- SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Google Ads / Meta Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing & Copywriting
- Email Marketing & Automation
- SEMrush / Ahrefs (or similar)
- Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of AEO, GEO, and search intent optimization is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
