Dr. Mendus Jacob
Dr. Mendus Jacob, M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D., MIoD, the CEO of IPSR is a prominent academician and entrepreneur. Reputed for his expertise in Mathematics, Management & IT education, he has received the Best Entrepreneur Award from the Chief Minister of Kerala and Excellence in the IT Education Award from the Defense Minister of India. A PhD in Operations Research, he is also the Director of MCA Programme at Marian College, Kuttikkanam and has published widely in a number of national and international journals. Dr. Suresh Namboothiri
Dr. Suresh Namboothiri is a visionary leader at the intersection of industry, education, and innovation. With over 30 years of industry experience, he has contributed to the design of iconic products—from India’s first car, the Tata Indica, to the Toyota Innova, Ford Fiesta, and Honda City & Accord. As a former Chief Operating Officer at Tata Motors, he led product development in automobiles, electronics, and consumer appliances, designing several first-of-their-kind products in India, including microwave ovens, mobile phones, and medical electronics.
He has collaborated with engineers across 8 countries, travelled to 22 countries, and interviewed over 12,000 candidates for senior engineering roles, establishing himself as a sought-after professional interviewer.
Driven by a passion to transform Indian engineering education, Dr. Namboothiri transitioned to academia. His ethnographic study “What Ails the Indian Educational System?” spanned 270+ institutions and 37,000+ stakeholders, leading to the creation of pioneering AI-powered platforms:
He has led faculty development programs at IITs, NITs, and top universities, focusing on AI in pedagogy, research, OBE, and design innovation.
Dr. Namboothiri is Director at Espoir Technologies and ipsr solutions limited, where he champions AI and OBE implementation. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, M.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering, MBA in New Product Development, and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Rigour for Start-Up Formation.

Sijo Thomas
Sijo Thomas, an accomplished professional, has more than ten years of experience in the industry and has been actively involved in academia for six years.. He is currently completing his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, underscoring his commitment to advancing knowledge in this dynamic field. With a strong academic background, including an M.Phil. and a gold medal in his Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Sijo has established himself as an expert in system design, artificial intelligence, and web development. He is a well-known technical mentor and has architected several popular products, including SmartE, QnSmart I, and OBE Solutions. Sijo has also successfully completed multiple funded research projects, showcasing his research acumen and innovation.

Dr. Sunil Job, M.Sc, M.Ed, M.Phil, PhD, RHCE, is a highly accomplished academician with 25+ years of experience. He also has a proven track record in curriculum development at university and college level with administrative experience as Principal in charge at College Level. The author of a few Academic books in Mathematics Education, he is also an active blogger on topics related to Education and IT. He has acted as a supervisor and a consultant of various educational programs and as a resource person for National Conferences on Machine Learning and AI. He has acted as resource person for many UGC sponsored Faculty development Trainings on Bloom’s Taxonomy, Outcome Based Education, Examination reforms etc.
He is passionate about Technology and Data Science and shares his knowledge in Data Analytics with students through intensive training. He is also a Red Hat Certified Engineer and technical consultant of Linux System Administration.

Dr. Brijesh George John
Dr. Brijesh George John, Dy GM of IPSR and head, IPSR Placement division is a reputed Soft Skills Trainer, Motivational Trainer, YouTuber and Columnist. He also serves as Associate Professor & Head – Corporate Relations, Marian College, Kuttikkanam and Chairman of Placement Officer’s Consortium in Kerala – CTIPS.
He has 20+ years experience in HR, Teaching, and Training & Development in India and abroad. He has been a resource person for different organisations including Mahatma Gandhi University, Malayala Manorama, ICT Academy of Kerala and Mathrubhumi.
He has conducted training workshops in more than 75 colleges in South India. In 2010, he was selected as the Team member of Rotary International Group Study Exchange Programme to Brazil and Turkey. A recipient of the Placement Officers Award by Wipro technologies in 2014, he has authored 2 books, which were published by Malayala Manorama. In 2019, he won the YouTube Creator Award.

Prof. Harry Cleetus
Prof. Harry Cleetus, Former Principal of St. Albert’s College Ernakulam, Cochin has 30 + years of experience in teaching and pioneering research. A NAAC Peer Team Member and Certified ISO Auditor, he has two National Awards to his credit and has played an important role in NAAC and Academic Administrative Audit for several colleges. He was also associated with various universities like Indira Gandhi National Open University and Pondicherry University in many capacities. He is also the Member, Board of examiners for Graduate and Postgraduate Examinations, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He has attended several national and international workshops which include the Training on the Use of Electronic Media by UNESCO.
Prof. Dr. Jose James
Prof. Jose James, former Registrar of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam is currently the Director, Planning and Development at Marian College Kuttikkanam Kerala. He is also a Consultant at OUR Group of Education Institutions UAE & India and Chairman of the Education Commission Archeparchy of Kottayam. A PhD from the University of Kerala, he has served as Chairman and Member of the Board of Studies of several Universities and UGC. His wide experience in the field of Higher Education could be attributed to his former responsibilities as Dean (Academic) of the Royal College of Applied Science and Technology, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE; Consultant, Youth and Sports, Republic of Maldives; Director, University Teaching Department of Phys. Education & Sports Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam, Kerala; Director, College Development Council (DCDC) of M.G. Dr. Fr. Jose Kannampuzha
A distinguished educator with more than 30 years of teaching experience, Dr. Fr. Jose Kannampuzha is currently the Director of Jyothi Engineering College, Thrissur. He holds an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a Ph. D from M.G. University, Kottayam. During his long stint as Principal of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally from 2005 to 2017, he was instrumental in securing NBA Accreditation for Amal Jyothi College of Engineering as the first self-financing Engineering College in Kerala in 2008 and also in its status as the first 5-star-rated remote centre for Ekalavya programme of IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur. He has also served as a Member of the Academic Committee, APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University from 2015 to 2017. His rich industry experience comes from his exposure as Founder and Managing Director of Jeevan Telecasting Corporation Ltd and as Sub-committee member of CII.

A distinguished academic with over 24 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Gladston Raj S is a Professor of Computer Science at Government College Kariavattom. He has successfully guided 9 PhD scholars and is currently supervising 8 doctoral candidates across cutting-edge domains such as data mining, machine learning, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and healthcare analytics. His research contributions are indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, reflecting his impact in the field.
Dr. Gladston has held key academic leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board of Studies at autonomous institutions, and serves on multiple university-level curriculum and academic reform committees. He is also a Core Committee Member for implementing the new 4-year UG program at the University of Kerala and a Nodal Officer for both NIRF and KIRF institutional rankings. His academic stewardship and expertise in AI, data science, and educational innovation position him as a thought leader and mentor in higher education.
