Dr. Suresh Namboothiri is a specialist in product design – automobiles, consumer electronics, home appliances, and professional electronics equipment – with over 30 years of industry experience. When he resigned from the corporate world – to contribute to Indian engineering education – he was Chief Operating Officer with Tata Motors. He was part of the team that developed India’s first car – Indica. He was also part of the development of Toyota Innova, Ford Fiesta, Honda City & Accord. He has also designed microwave ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, computers, mobile phones, and accessories – for the first time in India. Beyond engineering, he is a highly sought-after professional interviewer for senior corporate positions. He has interviewed over 12,000 candidates for various engineering positions.

He has traveled to about 22 countries and closely worked with engineers of 8 countries. Mr. Suresh Namboothiri is the director of Espoir Technologies. It’s offering “i-Max: India to the Max!” strives to work at the real challenges of engineering education in India. He is B.Tech (Mechanical), M.Tech (Manufacturing Engineering), and MBA (New Product Development).

Prof. Harry Cleetus, Former Principal of St. Albert’s College Ernakulam, Cochin has 30 + years of experience in teaching and pioneering research. A NAAC Peer Team Member and Certified ISO Auditor, he has two National Awards to his credit and has played an important role in NAAC and Academic Administrative Audit for several colleges. He was also associated with various universities like Indira Gandhi National Open University and Pondicherry University in many capacities. He is also the Member, Board of examiners for Graduate and Postgraduate Examinations, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He has attended several national and international workshops which include the Training on the Use of Electronic Media by UNESCO.

An OBE and NBA/NAAC Accreditation expert of repute, Dr Bhaskar has been part of the Mechanical Engineering faculty at Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore for more than 28 Years. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka and has authored 22 books on topics related to Engineering, Management and Personality Development. An AIMA certified trainer, Dr Bhaskar regularly conducts Development Programs for educational institutions and industries and has facilitated more than 1200 one-day workshops. He also regularly posts Video lectures through his YouTube channel: “Trainer Bhaskar”.

Prof. Jose James, former Registrar of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam is currently the Director, Planning and Development at Marian College Kuttikkanam Kerala. He is also a Consultant at OUR Group of Education Institutions UAE & India and Chairman of the Education Commission Archeparchy of Kottayam. A PhD from the University of Kerala, he has served as Chairman and Member of the Board of Studies of several Universities and UGC. His wide experience in the field of Higher Education could be attributed to his former responsibilities as Dean (Academic) of the Royal College of Applied Science and Technology, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE; Consultant, Youth and Sports, Republic of Maldives; Director, University Teaching Department of Phys. Education & Sports Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam, Kerala; Director, College Development Council (DCDC) of M.G. University; Director (Academics), Universal Empire Group, Kochi; Director(Academics), Island Development Company of Maldives; Registrar, International University of Rwanda; Secretary of the Syndicate, Senate and Academic Council of Mahatma Gandhi University.

A distinguished educator with more than 30 years of teaching experience, Dr. Fr. Jose Kannampuzha is currently the Director of Jyothi Engineering College, Thrissur. He holds an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a Ph. D from M.G. University, Kottayam. During his long stint as Principal of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally from 2005 to 2017, he was instrumental in securing NBA Accreditation for Amal Jyothi College of Engineering as the first self-financing Engineering College in Kerala in 2008 and also in its status as the first 5-star-rated remote centre for Ekalavya programme of IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur. He has also served as a Member of the Academic Committee, APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University from 2015 to 2017. His rich industry experience comes from his exposure as Founder and Managing Director of Jeevan Telecasting Corporation Ltd and as Sub-committee member of CII.

Dr. Cherian P. Kurien, the Director, School of Social Work, Marian College Kuttikkanam, is an eminent scholar who has made a mark in the field of social welfare education. He was Founder Principal of Yashwantrao Chavan Institute of Social Sciences (Shivaji University), Satara (MS) and Director, Karve Institute (Pune University), Pune. He has extensive experience in Higher Education Accreditation process and has coordinated the accreditation process in three institutions successfully. His experience in developing CSR components in Corporate Organizations, NGO restructuring and conflict management is worthy of special mention.
