Cancellations or refunds are approved on a case to case basis at the discretion of the management.
Refunds shall be applicable only on the actual amounts paid – discounts, offers, waivers and scholarships shall not be considered for refunds.
However, the following general conditions shall apply for cancellations and refunds.
Training
Cancellations Prior to Course
If for some reason you’re unable to join the course or would like to request a cancellation before the start of the program, we will proceed with a refund. Please note that the processing charges are non-refundable.

Withdrawals During Course
If you don’t see the value you expected in our training, and you wish to withdraw within the first twenty-four hours of starting the course, you will be eligible for a 70% refund. However, once the batch has proceeded into the second day of training, you will not qualify for any refund.
Note:
If the trainee has downloaded the course materials online or if the printed materials including textbooks have been used, relevant deductions will be applied on the refund amount.
