Conducted in collaboration with ipsr solutions limited, the program was designed to empower educators with practical strategies for effectively implementing Outcome-Based Education (OBE) while ensuring continuous quality enhancement in academic practices.
The primary objective of the workshop was to provide participants with a clear understanding of OBE frameworks and strategies, enabling them to integrate outcome-based approaches into teaching and assessment. It also aimed to shed light on the challenges faced during implementation and to share best practices that institutions can adopt for smoother execution. In addition, the workshop demonstrated the use of deQ OBE, an innovative smart tool developed to streamline OBE processes and ensure measurable learning outcomes. Through these objectives, the program emphasized the importance of aligning academic delivery with quality-driven transformation in higher education.
The workshop sessions explored various dimensions of OBE implementation. Participants were introduced to frameworks and strategies that facilitate curriculum design and assessment practices aligned with intended outcomes. The discussions also examined common challenges encountered during OBE implementation and highlighted proven methods to address them effectively. Another significant focus was on the role of technology in enhancing quality, with a detailed demonstration of how deQ OBE can support efficiency, transparency, and the accurate measurement of student achievements.
